Refund Policy

At Toronto Airport Limo, we aim to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality limousine and airport transportation services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through our website or reservation system.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • All refund requests must comply with the cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
  • Processing times for approved refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Certain fees such as administrative charges, processing fees, or third-party charges may be non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.

Partial Refund

Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.

Non-Refundable Bookings

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup
  • No-shows or failure to appear at the pickup location
  • Bookings already in progress or completed services
  • Refusal of service due to passenger misconduct or violation of company policies

3. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as:

  • Passenger not arriving at the designated pickup location
  • Passenger not responding to driver contact attempts
  • Incorrect pickup details provided at the time of booking

No-shows are fully non-refundable.

4. Late Arrivals & Waiting Time

  • Complimentary waiting time is provided (15 minutes for regular pickups and 45 minutes for airport pickups).
  • After the grace period, additional waiting time is billed and is not eligible for refund.
  • If the client is not present after the waiting period, the booking may be considered a no-show.

5. Service Disruptions

Refunds will not be issued for delays or disruptions caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather events
  • Road closures or accidents
  • Mechanical issues beyond our control
  • Flight delays or airline disruptions
  • Government restrictions or emergencies

However, Toronto Airport Limo will always make reasonable efforts to complete the service or provide an alternative solution where possible.

6. Vehicle Substitution

In rare cases, if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost. This does not qualify for a refund request.

7. Partial Service or Early Termination

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The trip is shortened at the request of the client
  • Service is terminated due to passenger misconduct
  • The client changes destination mid-trip resulting in fare adjustment differences

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Additional bank processing delays may apply depending on the financial institution
  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method

9. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with their bank or credit card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting booking and service records.
