Welcome to Toronto Airport Limo. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations

• All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.
• A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings.
• Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
• Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
• A mandatory 15% gratuity will be automatically added to all reservations.

2. Payment Policy

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash payments.
• A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking for select reservations and special events.
• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• All rates are subject to applicable taxes including HST (13%).
• Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, airport fees, waiting time, and extra stops may apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of service and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refund processing times may vary and typically require 5–7 business days.

4. Waiting Time Policy

• All non-airport pickups include a complimentary 15-minute grace period.
• Airport arrivals include a complimentary 45-minute grace period after the flight has landed.
• Additional waiting time beyond the grace period will be charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate..

5. Passenger Conduct

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles at all times.
• Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
• Seatbelts must be worn in accordance with Ontario regulations.

6. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

• Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.
• A minimum cleaning fee of $200 may apply for excessive mess, spills, stains, vomiting, or other biohazards.
• Additional repair or cleaning charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

7. Delays & Limitation of Liability

• Toronto Airport Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, flight delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of a mechanical issue or vehicle breakdown, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
• We shall not be held liable for missed flights, appointments, or events resulting from unforeseen delays.

8. Lost & Forgotten Items

• We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind in our vehicles.
• If lost items are recovered, we will arrange their return at the client’s expense whenever possible.

9. Service Availability

• All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
• Availability may be limited during holidays, major events, severe weather conditions, or peak travel periods.
• We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if necessary.

Toronto Pearson Airport Pre-Arranged Pickup Fees

In accordance with regulations established by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, pre-arranged pickup fees apply to all pickups at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Airport Pickup Fees

• Sedan, SUV, or Van: $17.25
• Stretch Limousine or Cargo Van (Sprinter/Transit – up to 12 passengers): $31.05
• Mini-Bus (13–25 passengers): $56.35
• Motor Coach / Bus (26+ passengers): $106.95

These airport fees are mandated by the airport authority and will be added to the final invoice.

Additional Charges

Extra Stops

Additional charges may apply for requested stops during the trip. Pricing varies depending on the vehicle type, location, and route details.

Child Seats

Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee of $10 per seat. Please request child seats at the time of booking to ensure availability.

Agreement

By booking and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Toronto Airport Limo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
